HRV – In-Row Vise

The HRV In-Row Vise is a type of multiple vise. The complete unit is manufactured from tool steel and undergoes heat treatment to achieve a hardness of over HRC 60º. Each vise is then precisely ground to ensure long-term durability.

It offers an extended clamping range and can accommodate workpieces of various shapes—whether square, round, cylindrical, or irregular—with ease and speed. The precision tooth positioning system is adjustable, allowing workpieces to be secured effortlessly.

This vise is suitable for horizontal, vertical, and 4-axis CNC machining centres, as well as surface grinders, and more.

By clamping multiple small rectangular workpieces simultaneously, the machine table can be fully utilised, ensuring efficient operation.
Cylindrical workpieces can be easily clamped using the optional V-jaw accessory.
One or more larger workpieces can be clamped flexibly at the same time.
Irregularly shaped workpieces can be clamped using optional soft jaws, which can be specially customised to meet specific clamping requirements.
Suitable for use on 4-axis machining centres.
